Not so trivial to find. In all KV5 Lara fights better by walking (she can't fire from the LandRover), but you need the car to climb the end-level ramp leading to Karnak.
Caution:
This secret is ultimately lost if Lara goes forward without the LandRover (she can't climb up here again by walking).
